Terms of Service

1. The service

DoMyThing connects Taskers (people needing tasks done) with Doers (local people to complete them) in Warwickshire, UK. We provide the platform only and are not party to agreements between users.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must be in or operating within Warwickshire, UK
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You may only create one account

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Posting tasks

• Tasks must be legal, genuine and within Warwickshire
• No illegal, offensive or harmful tasks
• Regulated work (gas, electrical) requires qualified Doers
• We may remove any task violating these Terms

5. Offers and agreements

• Offers are a commitment to complete at the stated price
• Once accepted, both parties are expected to honour the agreement
• We do not process payments — arrangements are made directly between users
• We are not liable for payment disputes between users

6. User conduct

You agree not to: use the platform unlawfully, harass other users, post false information, scrape our content, or attempt to gain unauthorised system access.

7. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. We may remove fraudulent or abusive reviews.

8. Trades directory

Directory listings are free and subject to manual approval. We do not endorse listed businesses and may remove any listing at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property

All DoMyThing content is owned by or licensed to us. Content you post remains yours but you grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

10. Limitation of liability

DoMyThing provides a platform only. We do not vet users or guarantee service quality. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits our liability for negligence causing death or personal injury.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account by contacting us.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
