Yes — completely free. No sign-up fee, no monthly subscription, no commission on earnings and no per-task charge. Both posting tasks and sending offers are free. We don't run ads either.

Warwickshire only — by design. We cover Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth, Stratford-upon-Avon, Rugby, Nuneaton, Bedworth and surrounding villages, plus parts of Coventry.

You can see a preview of open tasks on the homepage without an account. To see all tasks, send offers or post your own, you'll need a free account — takes about 60 seconds.

Sign in or create a free account, then click "Post a task". Describe what you need, pick a category, add your location and submit. Your task goes live immediately.

Be specific about what you need, where and when. A clear title and description helps doers give you an accurate price. If it's urgent, tick the Urgent box. Adding photos also helps.

Yes. You can edit or close your task at any time from your dashboard.

Anything legal and reasonable — cleaning, gardening, home repairs, removals, handyman jobs, business services and more. Tasks must be in Warwickshire.

Most tasks receive their first offer within a few hours. Popular categories like cleaning and gardening tend to get offers quickly.

Review each offer — look at the price, the doer's note, and their profile including past ratings and reviews.

Yes. You can message anyone who has made an offer to ask questions before you accept.

The doer is notified. You can message each other to confirm the exact time and details. Then they come and do the job.

You set your own price for every task. Many people use DoMyThing for a side income; others use it as their main source of work.

For everyday tasks like cleaning, gardening or odd jobs, no qualifications are needed. For regulated trades such as gas or electrical work, you must hold the relevant certifications.

Not mandatory but strongly recommended. Public liability insurance protects both you and the customer.

Absolutely. No minimum hours, no shifts. Browse tasks whenever you want and only send offers on jobs that fit your schedule.

Payment is arranged directly between you and the customer — cash, bank transfer, card reader or any method you both agree. DoMyThing does not process any payments. You keep 100%.

Typically on completion of the job. Agree the payment method and timing before you start work.

Payment disputes are between you and the customer directly. Agree everything in chat before starting, and consider asking for a deposit on larger jobs.

Check their profile — look at ratings and reviews from previous customers. Verified badges indicate extra trustworthiness.
